FAQ:
How are scholarships disbursed to students?
Our scholarships are paid out through Scholarship America which is a company that helps manage and award scholarships to students directly through their college's finance department.
What happens to awards for students not yet in college?
Scholarships are only able to be disbursed for high school seniors or incoming college freshmen that have decided on a college or university. For all other students that win scholarships, we will gather the following info in order to hold the scholarship until ready: graduation year, desired college to attend, and other contact information. Once the student is ready to attend college, they can reach out to us a semester ahead of time and we can work on disbursing the scholarship.
If my team wins both State Championships in Fall and Spring will they receive both scholarship awards?
Yes! We may combine scholarship awards for easier disbursement, but we will not restrict teams abilities to earn back to back championship awards.
