Schools in Arizona, California, Washington and Nevada can contact PlayVS to receive a refund for their high school team(s) enrolled in state leagues if they don’t have an opponent for more than two (2) weeks during the regular season. Schools will have up to 30 days from the end of the regular season to request a refund.
For example, this means if in a 8 week season one of your teams only ends up playing a total of five (5) or less matches you will receive a full refund for that team’s entire season.
Offer and participation in the Money Back Guarantee is limited to high school esports programs in Arizona, California, Washington, and Nevada who enroll at least (1) team in any high school State League in the Fall '22 season. Schools must register with PlayVS and enroll in a Fall '22 League before September 16, '22 at 11:59pm PST. Teams that believe they are eligible can reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm their eligibility. Schools will have up to 30 days from the end of the regular season to request a refund. Qualifying refunds will be issued no later than 45 days after the initial request is confirmed.
PlayVS reserves the right to alter/end Money Back Guarantee at any time and for any reason. Eligibility is open to high schools in Arizona, California, Washington and Nevada. Refunds applicable on a team by team basis. Only applies to matches on regularly scheduled match days in state leagues. Does not apply to rescheduled matches or teams competing in Regional or Youth Program leagues.
