Term	Definition
Administrator	Has the ability to create Classrooms, add users to the Site, edit the Site, and change roles of users. Has the abilities of Instructors.
Classrooms	Each classroom has a unique group of students, schedules, and gradebooks. Only accounts with the role of Site Owner, Administrator, or Instructor can create a classroom.

Dashboard	Has the ability to create Classrooms, add users to the Site, edit the Site, and change roles of users. Has the abilities of Instructors.
Educator	Users with the following roles: Site Owner Administrator Instructor

Term	Definition
Instructor	Users with this role can: View and operate their assigned classrooms. Manage classroom activities. Add Students or Instructors to their classroom.

Term	Definition
Library	Contains the Gaming Concepts curriculum, along with any customized lesson plans created by instructors and site administrators. Students can utilize the library to access previews of upcoming lesson plans and instructional videos.

Term	Definition
Site	Represented by one school or organization. Contains the following: Users Classrooms Courses Grades Can have only one Site Owner per site, but multiple Administrators.
Site Owner	Owner of the entire site. Can complete the following actions: Create classrooms Add and edit roles of users Edit the site Has the ability of Instructors and Administrators.
Student	Users of a classroom. Can only access their specific classroom.
