Exporting Journal Entries

Students and Educators can export journal entries as a PDF. This action can be done for a single journal entry or multiple entries in bulk.

To export journal entries from the Journals page:

  1. On the Actions column, click on the download icon next to a specific journal to export only that journal.

  2. To download multiple entries in bulk, click on the checkboxes to the left of the journals you would like to select, or click the checkbox at the top of that column to select all of that student’s entries for exporting.

  3. Click the download icon in any of the selected rows to initiate the export of the selected journal entries.

When downloading multiple entries in bulk, the files will be downloaded as a .zip file.

The Export Images toggle to the right of the Find Journals search bar is toggled on by default. While on, any images in the journal prompts are included in the export. When toggled off, those images are not included.
